How we use information that we collect
While registering on the Site or its mobile application you fill in the fields with your contact details (including first name, last name, e-mail address, date of birth), this is done for you to request for information and support or just to make suggestions concerning the work of the Site. For some services we also can ask your credit card number, ID card number or other financial details to set up your personal account number.
We collect and save all the information you share with us through the Site, mobile application or by any other means, including e-mail correspondence, telephone contacts or communications to our clients support department. If you make a request for help we will keep a record about the service you are rendered.
We use your information to contact you about upcoming changes of the Site and mobile applications systems functioning, “SeeYou” new services and new offers if we consider them to be material and interesting for you. In case you want to limit these notifications you can manage your settings as it is specified in the “Changes of my information” section below.
“SeeYou” works with third parties so we may use your information for developing joint proposals with our partners and/or affiliated persons. If we collect information from you connected with a particular joint proposal, it will be clarified who collects the information and what privacy statement is applicable.
We use the information obtained from you through our Site and its mobile application statistics (for example your IP-address, or operating system of your device) for troubleshooting our server problems and effective managing our Site and its mobile application. We also extract various demographic data to improve our Site and its mobile application and make your surfing more convenient and pleasant. This data is not connected with your identifiable personal information except of cases when it is necessary to prevent fraud and improper use of the Site.
On our Site and its mobile application we also use tracking systems, ISC (tracking of source). Our mobile application automatically collects such information as an operating system of device, model of hand phone, version of application, identifier of device and a customer number of user. We send these data back to “SeeYou” web-services.
Your data is not transmitted to third parties, under any circumstances, except as related to the execution of the law.
We request for accessing and monitoring your geographical location data from your mobile device. This is necessary for qualitative work of our systems.
This Site and our mobile application contain links to other websites. Unfortunately, "SeeYou" is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
This Site implements protection against loss, improper use or alteration of information being under our control. When you enter confidential information (such as a credit card number) in some services of the system, we encrypt the transmission channel of the data using the SSL technology.
We comply with generally accepted standards for the protection of personal information submitted to us both during transmission and after receiving. However, there are no methods of transmitting data over the Internet, and no methods of electronic storage which can be protected 100%. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an absolute security.
We use e-mails to communicate with you, confirm your registration, send the information you requested. We also provide e-mail links, as in "Contact" page, which allow you to contact us directly. We try to respond to your messages immediately.
The information sent by you to us may be stored and used to improve the Site, our mobile applications and our products, or they can be viewed and deleted.
Third party providers
Sometimes we can provide information about you to third parties who provide on our behalf particular services, such as processing credit card payments, competitions and surveys, analysis of our systems or of the demographic distribution of customers. We provide only the information necessary for a third party to provide the requested service. These companies are prohibited to store, transmit to others or use your personal information for any other purposes.
To provide you with certain services, we may sometimes complement the personal information that you submit to us with information obtained from other sources (for example, information from our strategic partners and service providers. We do this for enhancing capacity in delivering services to you.
Contests / Surveys
Sometimes we can provide you with the opportunity to participate in contests and surveys. If you choose to participate in them, we may ask you some personal information. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, so you can decide whether to disclose the requested information. Usually it is requested following information: contact details (such as name and address) and demographic information (such as zip code and age group. Note please: to participate in these activities you must be at least 18 years old). We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, monitor website traffic and to personalize our Site.
We may use third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests. In this case, such a company will be prohibited from using personal information of our customers for any other purpose. We will not share personal information that you specify during the contests or surveys to third parties, without giving you a preliminary notice and appropriate choice.
“SeeYou” can display targeted offers to our customers, depending on the services being developed at the moment. These proposals will be displayed in the form of changing services banners. Displaying the banners we do not collect any personal information or location-based data to generate a profile of your actions, which would be transferred to third party advertising companies.
Share with Friend
If a user decides to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site or mobile application, we ask the user for the friend's name and e-mail address. "SeeYou" automatically sends to an addressee an e-mail with an invitation to visit our website. We keep this information solely to send this single e-mail. The friend may contact us via email@example.com, to request removal of this information from our database.
What will happen to my personal information when my personal profile is deleted?
If you delete your account (intentionally or accidentally), all of your personal information goes to "deactivated" in our databases. However, the deactivation of your account does not mean that your personal information is completely removed from our database. We will keep it and, if necessary, we will use your personal information to fulfill our legal obligations, settle disputes or enforce our previous agreements.
Update Your Information
You can always edit, update or deactivate your profile information or refuse to receive messages from us and our partners. We have the following options to modify your profile information or contact information.

You can access your Profile - Your personal Office anytime.
We will respond to your request for access or modify or delete your information within thirty (30) days.
Transfer to Other Countries
If you visit this site, in a country other than the one where our servers are located, within correspondence with us data can be transmitted across national borders. Visiting this Site and exchanging data with us electronically, you consent to perform such transfer.
Compliance with Laws and Their Enforcement
We cooperate with the government and representatives of law-enforcement agencies and individuals in order to comply with the laws and their enforcement. We disclose information about you to government or law-enforcement officials and private individuals, if in our sole discretion consider it necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and litigation (including, but not limited to subpoenas in court), for the protection of our property rights and or property and the rights of third parties, for public or personal safety, or to prevent or stop activities that we believe is unethical or illegal. We will also disclose your information as necessary to comply with the rules, regulations and policies ICANN.
To the extent permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to notify you if arises a need to provide your personal information to third parties as part of the trial.
